Came for drive-through after alighting the ferry from Picton. Service crew were pleasant and smiling, and food came quickly. However no serviettes were provided. We're not from NZ so not sure if this is the norm.
I order a cheese chicken burger. I opened and have no cheese on it. When i get to the front desk to complain. The girl say that is and extra dolar for a slice of cheese. A total ripoff. Never buy here again
Went there twice today. Once to have lunch. Waited 20 mins, everyone that came in after us had received their meals while we waited. I went up to the counter and told them we had been waiting 20 mins. They took my receipt as the order had disappeared! Finally received order 25 mins later!nSecond time we called in for a drink. 10 mins of watching our drinks being moved around we went up to the counter where we finally received our drinks.nFirst time I was ready to forgive but after the second incident in one day I am now refusing to go back!
Drive through workers were slow even when there is no one there but me. I couldn't understand the girl over the speaker as she seemed to be mumbling. She didn't understand me either I suppose because the order was incorrect. Old fries and the burger looked to be slapped together by someone who has Parkinson's and now I am unwell. Worst McDonald's I've been to so far
The sauce was not restricted to the burgers. It was all over the outside of the burgers and inside the box as well. Still tasted good though, once I reassembled my burgers.
