This is one of my favourite McDonald’s locations in town. The restaurant is consistently well-maintained, and the cleaning lady pays exceptional attention to detail. Her dedication and genuine care for her work truly leave a lasting impression. The bacon and egg were perfectly prepared and did not disappoint. Unlike some outlet where the buns are burnt and the bacon is overcooked with black charred bits and greasy residue, everything here was cooked to perfection -soft bun, tasty bacon, and perfectly prepared overall. Well done to the team, and I hope the quality of the Bacon & Egg McMuffin stays just as good!
Best McDonald's in Wellington! Came here to get a quick snack after a long day walk. Firstly, i got the $6 deal with 2 large fries and a small drink, and the fries were cooked perfectly. I also got a chocolate mic dip with chocolate soft serve ice cream, and in my opinion, chocolate soft serve is a game changer. The service here was also very fast and efficient. Will definitely be back.
A disgusting thing that made me decide for good to never eat there, the girl that makes burgers literally rests her palms on her belly with the gloves then proceeds to make the burgers, that's so unhygienic and defaulting, reported it to the email provided on the receipt and never got a reply besides the automatic confirmation.nnWorkers here are terrible. Quite rude. I asked for no bacon on my burger yet got bacon in it. So I had to throw out the whole burger
I’m shocked at how consistently disappointing this McDonald’s location is. Every single order we’ve placed through Uber Eats has been missing items - and not just small things, but entire meals. How do you miss half the order? It’s baffling and incredibly frustrating.nnThe packaging is just as careless. Burgers often arrive half-unwrapped, squashed, and falling apart like someone just tossed them in the bag and hoped for the best. The attention to detail and customer service is nonexistent.nnWe keep hoping it’ll improve, but clearly nothing has changed. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, especially for delivery save yourself the frustration and choose another venue.
Really one of the better McDs. Others should copy... dedicated cleaning crew, who say hello, staff normally smile and polite. Clean and efficient. Every customer counts, so keep up the good work.
