Terrible service this morning. Took 20 minutes to receive a small order in an empty store at 530am. Staff half asleep and unresponsive. Muffin looked like it had a bite out of it when I opened the wrapper, not to mention it was stone cold. Edit: now trying to get the burnt muffin taste from my mouth
Ordered a Mc chicken and large fries. This is what I got. Really? There was only one other car at the drive through. Really need to step up your serviceFood: 2/5
Orders are usually always right. I always have to park up but I usually make big orders. Love their caramel latte's. Staff are usually friendly. Love using the rewards app.Food: 4/5
Ordered hotcakes via delivery to my home 3 days in a row. No syrup or butter in the bag on day 1 or 2 . I called to complain both days. Imagine hotcakes with no syrup....On the third day, the delivery person asked McD's to make sure the extra syrup I paid for is in the sealed bag. I even called the store myself before the order left the store to be sure I got syrup. They answered the phone and put it right down on the counter without even saying hello. So I listened to them work for literally 40 minutes while I waited for my order to arrive . It was astounding, the manager was yelling at the staff the entire 40 minutes as if they all have the most hectic complicated job in New Zealand. I opened the bag when it arrived, still no syrup ‍‍‼ And as always, the food was so cold that the cheese didn't melt at all ‍. Hope you have an air fryer or microwave. Customers can't request jam/jelly at all via the delivery app, so you get a cold dry breakfast sandwich. Even restaurants that are further away from my home in Petone deliver hot food to me in NaeNae all the time. But somehow McD's, which is closer to my home, can never even deliver warm food. ‍ I give up ‼
shocking that you service cold food and missing items with drinks not in cupholders jammed in with the food. the hot chocolate is just a mouth and ripped pancakes . U need better service.
Opted for table service and food was as expected, but my coffee never turned up despite being told it would be "along in a minute". When I went to the McCafe area to ask about it, was completely ignored by staff member browsing on her phone. Rescued by one of the table clearers who went to the drive-thru staff and got one made for me. So both terrible and excellent service.
Self service machine out of paper, forgot our 4 slushies made them after we pointed it out forgot 10 of our chicken nuggets, forgot our large fries... If I could give a "0" rating I would have.Food: 4/5
Fast service but the food delivered was terrible. The Serious Angus was pathetic small and dried up, no onion, no bacon, drab bun, looked more lame that am normal cheap burger. No fries on salt.Food: 1/5
I have already made a complaint on their website, and of course no response. The staff member at the drive in very rude and abrupt. This was all to do with the McDonald's app I had recently installed and wanted to scan some points. TRAIN YOUR DRIVE IN STAFF WITH SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not going back, I was a semi regular customerFood: 3/5
I had spent $100+ on my order only for my order to come back with items missing, wrong items and what looked like half eaten fries! Very disappointing and very angry! Understandable that my order was big and that it took quite a bit but you could've atleast gotten my order right! I had ordered my order off door dash had gotten in contact with my door dasher and even he was disappointed in the order you had given him.
