It's one of the busiest shops around this area, I love the old school feel of the place, been like this for many years.nn- Snapper 8.6/10nVery good, nice size. Batter not over the top, just right.n- Chips 7.4/10nThey were ok, standard chip size.n- Scallops 8.1/10nSame as the fish.n- Chocolate milkshake 8.5/10nHalf soft serve and milk was the ratio, really decent, and for $7.00, there was quite heavy. Good value.n- chocolate ice cream 7.4/10nShould have gotten the waffle cone for an extra 50c, but this was OK.nnNice beach behind the shop to look over the sea while having these must try fish and chips.

worst service i’ve ever experienced. We got the $18 special and asked for TWO extra loads of chips, and the photo is all we got.nnthe lady at the front was incredibly rude, no greetings, smiles or thank you. not helpful at all when we were discussing how much we needed for our group.nnnot only was service horrible but that amount of food was ridiculous for $28.nnridiculous and will not be back

Well, well, after telling people for a long time they do the best fish and chips i.e. must change their oil often and filter etc. crisp and golden...tonight the worst ever.Soggy soft batter and soft chips. Scraped the snapper fillet out. Looks like the owners are away on holiday. Sadly wont be back. Careless young people on the cooking. Shocking food and disappointing. You should have closed until the proper cooks returned. Utterly hopeless cant cook at all and have succesfully destroyed the reputation. Well done.

I had a great experience here. I phone rang in an order in of fish and chips, fish burgers and vegetables. The order was ready in 15 mins when I got there. Polite staff, the service couldn’t have been easier. Also I appreciated that they did the veggies without MSG as requested. The fish burgers were tasty and included lettuce and beetroot. Fish batter was fresh and not oily the way some takeaways can be. Chips crispy and good portion sizes. I thought it was good value for money. Big thumbs up from me!

lady up front was pretty rude, took at least 10mins to actually get someone to take an order when no one was i store and everyone was cleaning even after calling out, food wasn’t the greatest decent portion, last of flavour and fish tasted microwaved, $1.38 surcharge for an order worth $17 is outrageous surcharge should only be 15%, better fish and chip shops in the area place is very much not recommended.
