They actually forgot about my order, waited 40 mins while everybody was getting theirs. Then I was asked what my order was. I literally could have said anything because they have no idea what I brought.nnAsked a worker about a product they had for sale, but couldn't speak English.nnI found the scallops were undercooked and transparent and also had green residue inside the scallops. Snapper was OK. However, one side was that bruised color. Chips were ok. It's not the best in the area.

Good quality seafood here, I can find anything I want! We got wonderful scampi and paua for Christmas

Being a very fussy customer in Wellington I am very impressed with this speciality seafood store. Michael and his team are great in handling and filleting fish, looking after customer satisfaction by listening carefully requirements. I can honestly recommend this place.

Amazingly FRESH and delicious seafood. We decided to treat ourselves by grabbing almost $180 worth of seafood and it was totally worth it!nnStaff wasn’t very friendly though and quite short during sale but that’s fine.

Well...oceans replaced free the gush that i had complained about. And i am VERY happy to say rhat since then every time i order snaper it is back to the top standard i am used tonSo happy..i love the way they cook their fish.nnOh oceans what has happened! I discovered this place 6 months ago and I ordered Snapper. OMG it was outstanding. Fresh, moist with batter to die for. Since then I have been back once a week, Driving from Castor Bay because the food has been so good- until today.nSame order...snapper no chips.... and I get home, open the bag up only to discover overcooked dry fish with a very very crisp batter. It also tasted like the oil it was cooked in was old.nIt was so horrible even my cat wouldn't eat it. Bitterly disappointed and still hungry I will be trying my local Fish n Chip shop.nI was served by a young lady who also cooked the food who clearly had little interest in maintaining the high food quality I had come to expect.
