Pizza Club Massey

Last night we tried Pizza Club, and it was fantastic! The Shanghai Club pizza had amazing flavor, and the pesto pasta was perfectly cooked and delicious. Really enjoyed every bite. Big shoutout to the team for keeping up the great quality and taste—definitely a meal we’ll be coming back for!

Food has always been the same. I really enjoy pizza club, for the pizza I get anyways which is the tandoori chicken.nnHygiene and customer service is the biggest issue with this place.nnStaff using their phones and then touching food is disgusting. On top of that the staff go on their phones and scroll through social media while you are standing there waiting. Then when you call them over they respond as if it’s a burden to them.nnGo get some lessons in basic human decency and health standards.

Pretty average pizza with lots of pineapple, I could barely taste chicken in it I was a great fan of Chapel road branch but this one was not up to the mark. Also lasagna was too saucy and potatoes wedges were pretty dry.

I want to give 0 star but no option. We ordered 8 pizza last night for our dinner and all of them were cold and test less. Wasting money and time . Poor customer service. Didn’t keep our pizza in warmer. Having it for first time and worst experience. Better to buy it from Pizza Hut and save money.

Ordered a Vegetarian slingshot Thursday 05.02.2026 @9:27pm online delivery, 11:00pm still no delivery, called the store no answer there closed.nSaturday 06.02.2026 - 3:30pm went to Pizzaclub after work to chase up what happened to my delivery.nSome excuse about the app and it was late order I told them not my problem as far as I’m concerned. They did make me another Pizza this one a meat lovers on my request, I asked if there is any extras due to being inconvenience last night, there reply was they already lost $23, so I pointed out I have paid for a delivery that never came reimburse my $12.99 I was told they can’t do it we’ve already lost $23 on this.nYour a business that’s not going to miss $12.99 to reimburse so they couldn’t even give my $12.99 delivery that never arrived or even offer a drink or anything to be inconvenienced last night.nTook the meat lovers Pizza once it was ready and I walked off no thank you from me after ripping me off.nThe Customer service is much to be desired not good customer support at all.nI’ll make it very clear no verbal abuse bad or aggressive behaviour to staff member serving me who told me he’s following his managers request.nThe manager of this Pizza club hasn’t a clue on retaining customers who aren’t at fault very disappointed in this Massey Pizza club Manager, my family from now and there is alot of us will go to Glendene Pizza club from now on opposite the Cemetery somewhere where they will want my family’s money and over a year it hundreds dollars to be invested into Glendene Pizza club .nMassey Pizza club you suck!
