Lucky Gs West Auckland

I had heard a lot about Lucky Gs and their reputation as the best burger spot in New Zealand, so my wife and I decided to check it out. It's located near Kelston Mall, and there was plenty of street parking available, so we had no trouble finding a spot.nnIt was Sunday afternoon, and the place was buzzing with people dining in and grabbing takeaways. The interior looked amazing. Lots of cool decorations and photos that gave the place a great vibe.nnThe staff were super friendly and enjoyed what they did, which made the atmosphere even livelier.nnAs for the burgers, they lived up to the hype. My wife had the Little G - a tasty, smaller burger that wasn’t too juicy but still really flavourful. I went for the burger with jalapeños and loved the spicy kick. We added a combo for $7, and the potato chips were perfectly cooked.nnOverall, we enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back and try more of their burgers!

Small and mighty. We loved Lucky Gs when they were in Onehunga and we love them in Kelston. The thigh guy was awesome and bigger than i was expecting but be warned if you're as white as me, the mild will be hot. The chips are out of this world. Salty and a little bit sweet. Perfect.nThe atmosphere is fantastic. Tony and the team are so upbeat and friendly.nI've never wanted a pink bucket hat so badly.

The hype is real. Best Burger I’ve had in my life. I had Jimi’s triple burger. Everything about it was amazing, the meat was stunning, the bun was melt in the mouth and the burger sauce couldn’t have been better. So happy I went here. To top it off the service is second to none, super friendly and professional, the place was spotless. Will be back soon.

Solid burger, and great service. The retro arcade game was cool, too.nnI had the Twice as Nice burger. It was solid, but just a little short of spectacular for me.nnMy son had the Thigh Guy. It was also the same, very nice, but not quite all star.nnThe chips are very basic shoestring, they are 2/5 stars.nnThe crew in there were really friendly, a great vibe.nnI'll definitely come back when I'm in the area.

There's a reason why these guys are ranked so highly on Google - best smashed burgs in Auckland! The patties are just so tasty and the staff are the friendliest bunch. Restaurant is small but cute and the fries and shake were also pretty good. This is now going to be our go-to for smashed burgers!
