Monica has done a great job of getting me up and running with hearing aids.nAt age 69 I had resisted the wearing of these for many years as my hearing went downhill.nI am hearing things I have not heard for years.nStill amazed at how well birds can sing.nI can also now socialize in crowded spaces easily.nMonica is very professional in her approach and put me at ease by answering my many questions.nAll in all I am very pleased with the end result, I should have done this years ago.

A really good experience being tested, and fitted with 2 aids by Monica. So good to be local and to have Monica's professional and friendly service. She tested me, successfully helped me apply for ACC funding, then fitted and adjusted the new aids which have made a tremendous difference - especially in hearing my grandchildren.
