Steak was very dry however the chicken burger was delicious. The margaritas were disgusting, we got a passion fruit margarita and a mango margarita and both were not very nice at all for $15 I expected a lot more! Customer service received from out waitress was not very good at all, we were there for over an hour and a half and not once did we see her smile not just at us, at anyone. We didn't even get asked about our meal, I feel she needs to rethink her job of choose as early she is not happy being a waitress at Joe's Garage!
We had the Steak and Schnitzel, excellent. Lovely, polite, clean staff. Gorgeously cooked meal. Clean environment. Good lighting, tables well spaced, nice to view the kitchen, love that!. Only negative, music was a little loud, one staff member not wearing a mask. Otherwise, lovely night out.
Friendly staff, great dinner portions and tastes good too. Water is a self service but in a central and easy to access part of the restaurant, other than that no other complaints.Food: 5/5
Just want to give a big shout out to Kirsty who was the Barista last Saturday16 October on our regular morning visit - who went above and beyond to ensure the misunderstanding over my deconstructed tea was efficiently sorted out - all done with smiles and apologies over a problem that wasn’t even of her making. Kirsty must also have a great memory as she seems to remember all the quirks we have with our orders - often up to 20+ of us Also loved our meals there the other night
Lovely place for a solid feed for the kids. Little expensive but food especially the vege burgers were well worth the price. Also props to the short staffed team for being so lovely and getting our food out so quickly. Will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5
Nice place, food good, a bit expensive $7.80 for a coffee? Staff are a little too attentive.... it might suit some people to be asked if everything is ok every 5 minutes but I find it annoying. Other than that a good spot.Food: 4/5
We forgot to leave a review from an experience a year or so ago! We came for breakfast and my wife ordered the big breakfast, clearly stating a dairy allergy. She was given the kransky, and realized it after 1 bite. The waitress was extremely apologetic, and the manager provided excellent service. We were lucky we realized the mistake, but Joe's did an excellent job to rectify it, and we really appreciated it

Very trendy venue, awesome food, beautifully presented. We had the eggs scrambled with extra bacon and the pikelets with syrup, banana and bacon... yum!!! Staff were excellent, freindly and efficient. Fair prices too!
First time visit, I'd be happy to come back. We were seated and our order was taken quickly, though the place was pretty well packed. The drinks were good and strong. The food was tasty without being complicated or pretentious. Good location in the middle of town. Reasonably priced.
