Super delicious food & great portions! The servers were very friendly & helpful aswell! Highly recommend going the full length with added protein for a whole experience
Stopped in to pick up my hot cross buns and had a coffee and pastry. Both excellent the buns look great. Sat outside in sun nice little street to enjoy a morning break. Recommend $$
The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly. The lamb shoulder we ordered wasn't bad. However, the quality of the dish doesn't justify the price they charge. Also, having had sabich in Israel before, the dish they served was a bit different from what we imagined. The eggplant on top was hard and burnt. I would say there are other better quality Middle Eastern restaurants.
Just popped in for some dessert. Was amazing as always. Great friendly staff that know every dish. Will be visiting again for sure. Highly recommended if your after some great middle eastern food in the CBD.
OMG what a hidden gem in the Auckland dining experience.. Food is par excellence.. Host was courteous and helpful and interiors has been designed to give you a real middle Easters experience.. kebabs on skewers were a must try and kunafa was so yummy.. If I could I would repeat it 100 times.. must go.. highly recommended.. owner sells a cook book with their generational recipes.. it's a real foodies book..
Was here for dinner for my 50th back in 2020 had lovely dinner with whanau, so always wanted to come back. Finally back again after 2 years. Had just a coffee and really yummy croissant, lots lovely food in window, love to try full breakfast next time.
The last time I had dinner here was probably five or six years ago! Good to see that it is still going strong. Good location and I don't mind the family style dining as long as there's enough to go around. Portions could have been more generous for a group of six but other than this the food did taste good. It was very busy so my group didn't get as much attention but this didn't ruin our experience. I had lunch here recently and I have to say it wasn't that great. My meal was so bland. Won't be ordering it again and probably won't be going back for lunch. It was quite overpriced for bread, tomatoes, eggs and a sliced sausage.
Everything was perfect from food portions, taste, service and ambience point of view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
The service was good. I think 25$ it's way too expensive for Sabich meal.. there's a place to sit outside which was very niceFood: 4/5
I’d give it six stars if I could. Insanely delicious Middle Eastern food - Lebanese, Israeli, Palestinian, Syrian. Service is incredibly friendly as well and I believe that the owners daughter is front of house so there’s a lot of passion at the place. They were also very proactive with dietary requirements one diner couldn’t have tahini in their hummus.
