Hummus Mezze, Chicken Pita and tabbouleh Mezze..flavoursome, fresh and healthy! New staff. Slow service. Slightly burnt pieces of chicken. Order was 30 minutes late. Other than that it was understandable.

Went here recently and my meal was chucked in a bag all squashed together, sauce coming out both ends and bun dry like a rock. The staff are very busy and hard working so will give them that. A friend recently went and raved about so I guess it depends what time and who’s on? I don’t think I’ll be back however.

Have been purchasing from Fatimas Takapuna since it first opened. Unfortunately is seems to have lost its mojo . Last order the Fatimas Favourite Pitas had aioli/sweet chilli sauce liquid leaking badly out the bottom, everywhere turning the total bottom half of the pita into a mushy mess making it impossible to eat as a takeaway . This Pita has a lot going on so the elements need to be managed . Yes , a little leakage can happen but not a flood like this . Another review said their Fatimas Favourite had too little liquid . This points to staff and or management not knowing what they are doing . Have had lots and lots of this Pita over the years from Takapuna so know how it should be made . Order before that was seriously too long in the press. The brilliant colombian brothers who staffed the place years ago would be appalled at the current stuff being churned out as above . Fatimas is a great brand but in an age where there is lots of choice the brand needs to consistently deliver on the promise or the reality is the customers "walk" .

We had the lamb salad, which was nice and fresh. Didn’t like the chicken chawarmas. The bun was too thick and couldn’t have a bite with out the stuffing falling out. Yogurt/sauce was way too tangy. The fried potatoes / tatter tots were good, and came with a nice dip.

Service was a bit slow. The hummus and pita was nice but was not a big fan of the shawarma. We ordered the falafel and Cauliflower one which wasn't great.Food: 3/5

Flavors too strong and unpleasant. Coliflower burnt and not nice. Tables and dining area needed more cleaning. We really wanted it to be good, but it just wasn't.

Wow prices are off the charts. $19 dollars for a small lamb Shawarma good God! Even worse they taste different now and the bun has changed for the worse. Must be under new management. Three stars is probably too generousFood: 3/5

Kia Ora - Don't be fooled by my 5 star review! This is my experience of Covid world Fatimas. After arriving to collect my food, I was greeted by a friendly staff member which told me my food would be 2 mins away which is fine strangely enough I have lots of free time over the next 12 days 2 minutes passed & I collected my food. Upon opening my order I was greeted by what at first I thought was a extremely generous portion of chipotle mayo see attached photos to my surprise/horror what I found was potentially the world's strongest potato kofta. My poor sauce pot has been impaled!. As a man that seems to live on potato i was quite confused on the journey my sauce had been through as the kofta in question wasn't a rock solid as you would expect. Still enjoyed my meal

hmmm...I think some consistency is needed in the preparation of your food...first salad I had was pretty good, second salad was truly excellent but half an hour late despite pre-ordering online, third salad today was heavy on the chicken and dressings but incredibly light on the salad - box was only 2/3rd full when I opened it. I wanted a salad not a lot of chicken in a creamy sauce with minimal other ingredients...sorry but this has put me right off, despite the friendly service. What a shame :0
