Got called to book my Covid vaccine just to turn up and they said I have to rebook due to an error on their part. Totally disregarded the fact I took work off to come in. Very annoyed to have to go into a clinic during a pandemic for no reason and expose my self just to have to do it again. 0/10.

Front desk always super friendly, nurses always efficient in responding to any emails, generally see Dr Susan Zussman, always very approachable and thorough.

I've been them for a while, I love their service, friendly stuff and I recommend to anyone.

Grey Lynn medical center is a wonderful doctors practice. They are very family and community orientated and it's always nice to ring and chat to cheerful Aggie. I think the doctors here genuinely do care and many a time the staff have gone above and beyond their duties to help me. Once you register it also very affordable.

Friendly nurses and doctors. The Practice is tailored toward the Grey Lynn's large Pacific Island community. Note that they only accept enrolled patients, contrary to their website. $17 standard consult fee.
