I’ve been going here for quite some time now and The practice really cares about you! When I was pregnant I was very sick and they went above and beyond to get the care that I needed! Highly recommend this place Dr Lydford is amazing! She looks at all options for you health not just another pill. Thank you

Dr. Jocelyn Lydford is my GP since 2011. Any time I visit her with sickness. The way and the manner she speaks or attend to me, I will get well before taking any medications she will prescribed to me. Very professional, empathetic and also very good listener. I pray she grows in her work and go further. Thank you Dr. And all your supporting staff. God bless.

Dr Yao, was incredibly incompetent and her neglect to take seriously health concerns of a patient who had the misfortune of being seen by her instead of Jocelyn her usual GP could have had serious and fatal consequences. Luckily I live with a doctor and got a second opinion from him and he recommended to demand blood tests which then came back abnormal and required an immediate trip to hospital and surgery. Would avoid booking in with her at all costs. Have seen previous reviews from her prior workplaces which indicate a pattern of inadequate practice, so would recommend all to avoid booking with her at all costs.

doctor rolling her eyes during consultation? check doctor arguing with the patient instead of enlighting them? check doctor being condescending? check Lydford should go back med school and study ethics ten times. She has no empathy and with her subtle sarcasm that she never seem to run out of, she could have been a better lawyer than a doctor. Heard so much negative things about this woman, and its sad that i finally experienced first hand what her ex patients meant. Gone were the days when u go see a doctor to be enlightened by your condition, nowadays, u leave the practice feeling even more screwed up and disgusted by your doctors behaviour. for shame.

Grate experienced doctors, good service. I’m a patient of Dr Ring and she’s been fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr Jocelyn Lydford is the best GP, I have been to in Auckland. She helped me so much, and I trust her. All praxis team members are very lovely as well, I read some bad feedback in the reviews, but I think some people just don't understand how busy the whole team is. I also had some bad days/good days, but I would always tell them my honest opinion, give feedback, and it was always taken very professionally. I much appreciate all the hard work, you all are doing. My experience has been less than satisfactory, think twice prior to booking an appointment at Glenfield family doctors, the staff display little concern for your care or wellness. I've been suffering from fatique which has been effecting all areas of my life, I've had to instruct the doctor on blood testing for autoimmune and other possible reasons why I am struggling to stay awake and have found google more helpful than this practice. After a few blood tests and an IV iron infusion which has made little difference if any, the doctor told me to try vitamin D tablets. I'm already taking vitamins, including but D, B, iron magnesium and exhausted all avenues of supplements prior to visiting this practice. They are unhelpful and do not follow up on how their patients are progressing, zero care factor!

Disgusting doctors surgery I have ever been to. Receptionist was rude. She made me wait on the phone while she laughed with customers in the doctor's reception. Then she said she told me to bring my passport. She never did. She never took my name nor my number for the appointment. Disgusting service. She lied and said I had a problem. My problem was the rude service and lack of communication. Would never recommend this surgery to anyone.

This doctor is ridiculous. She refused to treat me with medication I knew i needed and have been prescribed before. Instead gave me a prescription for vitamins and said she would refer my case onto a government organization. I never heard back. A family member went here for advice and help with a disease; the gp did not do anything to help and just prescribed anti depressants which were not asked for nor needed. I do not recommend this doctor she will not put patients needs and care first.

Poor - I had to enrol my Son twice because they lost his ID and enrolment form the first time. I was given wrong information about fee's and advised it was a miscommunication. Also, when phoning up to make an appointment as advised by my midwife the receptionist gave information about something I needed at the same time but upon seeing the Dr was told I don't need it until much later in the pregnancy. Have given 2 stars only because they do make time that day if your infant is sick and needs a Dr. Overall I am very unhappy with the service provided by this surgery.
