It is time this practice uses technology to update patients of delays. It is not acceptable to book an appointment and expect people to hang around for 30 minutes to be seen given they know this in advance, I'd go out of business if i did this. It's not hard to pick up the phone and give a heads up or text us so we can postpone or just arrive a bit later. Today I had an appointment with Dr Athena Drummond. The empathy and genuine interest in my health is unmatched by any other medical professional I have encountered...she is in fact, perhaps the best doctor I have ever consulted with!

Wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. Rude doctors, particularly Dr. Eva, who talked over me/cut me off mid conversation, failed to listen to my questions and then charged me for a conversation that they called me for to reschedule an appointment. Barbra from reception is lovely and helpful though. Would not recommend this place.

Amazing practice! Found a doctor there that really helped me when I was really unwell. Still a patient there. Would definitely recommend!! A++++

I have been at this Medical Centre for over 12 years and absolutely appreciate the care and professionalism I, and my grown adult daughters and their families have received. Reception, nursing and medical team are excellent.

Good doctors and friendly service. It would be good if the centre offered electronic ways of communication email and online bookings.
