I went to have a blood test at lunch time. long queue!! avoid this time! but I met a nurse Tanya ,only Tanya there or Tania comment from BELOW lol.she is only THAI lady there she was so Quick and efficient. Every times that I had blood times with her ,always so smooth and great especially painless. THANK YOU SO MUCH, GREAT team.

I have a condition which means having blood tests is very tricky as the veins disappear! I could not believe how fantastic Kimberly was. First try and it was all done and with a lovely manner and great humour. Thoroughly recommend this Labtests team. So friendly and accommodating. Got my express pre departure covid test in less than 4 hours after I took it, the staff were great x

Arrived 11.30am Saturday morning. Two signs outside "Labtests Open" Joined queue at locked door of about 5 people, some elderly. Queue did not move and at midday a woman came out and curtly said "we're closed, come back Monday". No apology, no concern for patients. Disgusting. Hope the new Health NZ deals with this money-hungry monopoly permitted by the DHBs. I would recommend using another company......if there were one

I get blood taken fairly regularly, so I rarely think about what it might be like for others who don't have tests often or who have anxiety about getting blood drawn. I was really impressed by the questions Kim asked me today to ensure I was comfortable. For instance, she asked me if I would feel okay to check my details on the labels on the blood tubes 'as is' or whether I'd like her to cover the tubes so I didn't have to see the blood. I think that was really thoughtful and considerate - it wasn't something I'd thought of before! - but of course for some people that would be a really big deal and it's awesome that Kim is so attentive to those potential needs. Thank you!

I went in for a blood test today. The staff were friendly and was always checking if I am doing fine. Easy and quick process. Very good service.

Don’t go here! Go to different branch instead. Very rude staff!!! The Philippine girl who took blood sample is very rude and doesn’t even know the meaning of customer service. She should stay at the back area as she’s not fit in the front. No wonder some comments here are referring to Philippine staff being rude! Change and train your staff on how to deal and care with patients. Philippine staff are just chit-chatting around while we’re inside the room.

Great experience with the lady working today, lovely to talk to and good at her job. One thing is I was quite surprised to find that she was the only staff person on site which seems like a health and safety issue in a medical environment. She was also having to deal with a constant heavy flow of patients on her own. This leaves no room for odd cases or enquiries without causing a delay and a lot of the people coming in to have blood tests during the week are on limited time. 2 person staffing minimum should be standard.

No one likes having a blood test but the staff here were great! They had socially distanced chairs for waiting and I was seen within a couple of minutes upon arrival. My nurse was friendly and put me at ease, and the test itself was almost painless. I don't know what I was so nervous about!
