Thank you Mt Eden Labtests and thank you Mr. Ravikiran Patel. It is heartwarming to see how kind Mr Patel is with everyone, despite being very busy. It is clear that he thoroughly enjoys his work and that everyone loves him. He provides an amazing service and made me feel very at ease, despite my big fear of needles. Thank you and keep it up!

There is this one lady, really rude to patients. Noticed this on two occasions and myself subjected to once. Nothing wrong in being a bit empathetic towards customers/patients. SHE REALLY NEEDS SOME TRAINING ON MEETING/GREETING PEOPLE.

In and out in less than 30 mins. Just walk in - no appointment necessary. I went on a friday 5pm. For someone with a fear of needles and seeing blood, I'm thankful for the friendly professional Filipino nurse who got it right the first time.

Dominion Rd labtests nurses were amazing with my adult autistic son. They took time and built trust, special thanks to Ravi and Hetal. We have recently been back and had Sonu this time. He was absolutely kind ,patient and totally accepted my son and managed his fears with no explanation needed. Totally recommend! Best lab test clinic ever!

Had to get a blood test done for my daughter. Technician Sonu was amazing at making her relaxed and made the whole process painless! Thank you Sonu, awesome service.

Thank you Labtests Mt Eden! Had a blood test at Labtests Mt Eden this afternoon. Upon arrival I informed them that even at my age I was embarrassed to say I was needle phobic and that I had phoned Labtests earlier in the week and they had informed me to ask for a senior phlebotomist to draw the blood. So I did that and wow - had a very lovely lady who had been a phlebotomist for 22 years! She was caring and empathetic to my fear of needles - resulted in a painless experience - amazeballs! Short wait too which at 4.30pm was fantastic! Being needle phobic I would therefore totally recommend Labtests in Mt Eden - just superb! Thank you so much.

Location is very convenient - next to a bus stop and ample car parking in the adjacent lane. Limited parking available for visitors. Ambience is clean. Lot of customers so expect delays. Organized way of attending and calling out the patients. Temperature maintained atmosphere within the clinic. Staff is helpful and takes care of the needs. Overall a good experience. Feedback would be to may be increase rooms.

A big thank you to Sonu, amazing! Until today my little girl had a fear of needles, due to some recent experiences. Sonu was so kind and put her at ease straight away. There were no tears and she even walked away with a bravery certificate - a perfect idea to help kids through this!
