Went here at 1910hrs to pick up my clothes in the dryer that just finished. Laundry shop already closed. They clearly posted hours until 19:30. Smaller slim male staff apologised as the guy who closed the shop was new and did not check if there are still machines running. A taller male staff arrived trying to intimidate me raising his voice and pointing fingers in my face saying it is my responsibility to inform them that I have laundry inside as they do not check the clothes and they close at 19:00. They also said washers operate until 19:00 only. He said he sent that smaller guy to close the shop. Their laundry hours clearly states until 19:30. Different staff say different explanations trying to cover each other up. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE.

Had to use the kiwibank which is in store, great. The guys and girls behind the counter are so good, it's clean, well stocked, and really quite inexpensive.

Great well stocked store, friendly people.
