We had a great stay in this motel, rooms were spotlessly clean! Had a small complete kitchen. Milk, tea, coffee salt and pepper was provided. Towels and free towels to use for the thermal springs. Staff were lovely and friendly! Definitely would recommend!!Rooms: 5/5

It's a kiwi motel, so single glazed windows, a bit of a rustic feel, lack of counter space in bathrooms, etc. is par for the course. That being said, everything is very well kept and in good repair. Its tucked away in a corner of Hanmer Springs and has nice grounds. It's also quite comfortable for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.

A beautiful spot in a lovely setting. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean and older styled. It is a decent walk into town or the pools, however it is an easy drive. We stayed in a cabin/chalet and will certainly stay again. Safety: The chalet we stayed in is accessible for people that require assistance with walkers, wheelchairs, walking sticks etc.

Location for us was perfect. Check in was friendly and easy. Room clean was minimal, only changed towels which was fine for us. Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with separate kitchen and lounge . A bit tired interior but saying that the price was value. Perfect for the more independent travellers who don't need all the bells and whistles.Rooms: 3/5

Beautiful quiet location and perfect short walk to springs and township. Family chalet was spotless, warm and welcoming. Really comfortable bedding with nice linen! Little things were very much appreciated. Thank you for the lovely stay.
