A bit pricier than other places but very immaculate. Feels brand new. Great facilities if you want to eat in. Spacious rooms so a significant step up for your typical NZ 'motel room'. Decent balcony. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful and quiet and yet super handy to.shops. hot pools and restaurants. We had the wheelchair friendly room and we are not handicapped so were unsure but it was fine. Outlook from room was fabulous . Good linen very well appointed rooms. Happily stay here again.
Very new and well located.not inexpensive.nice and quiet.recommend.if you have an upstairs unit be prepared to lug your bags
Spotless and friendly helpful hosts. Close to village. Spacious rooms. Great DVD library. Enjoyed extra touches like biscuits complimentary newspaper, robes and welcome chocolates. Great place to stay.
The five-star doesn’t do this place justice! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even better than the Hilton in Taupo and the Burj al Arab in Dubai! Excellent service from Jan and a perfect view of the mountain ranges. Super comfy bed too, didn’t want to leave!
The unit was lovely and clean and very roomy. The bed was so comfortable. The manager was very accommodating as we arrived late and showed us to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back when we stay in Hanmer Springs. Thank you
