30 Rutherford Crescent sleeps 7. It was completed at the end of 2016 and furnished to a high standard.
32 Rutherford Crescent is for families, it sleeps 10 plus a baby cot. It has toys, and a trampoline, and being from Auckland I just love NOT having to get in my car to go to the pools. Also completed December 2016.
30 and 32 Rutherford are an ideal combination for the extending families to enjoy a holiday with space.
5 Bellbird Place sleeps 13, its ideal for large groups or 2 families with plenty of space.
