Flex Fitness Burnside - 24hr / 7day Gym

I'm highly impressed with this facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is amazing, and they even have a sauna!

I have really enjoyed Flex Burnside since they have opened. As someone who has been a frequent gym goer for years and worked in the fitness industry the attention to detail owners Mel and Tom have put into this place is amazing! I find the level up classes really fun and a great way to really push yourself especially on those days you don't feel like you have much gas in the tank The gym floor is decked out with Hammer Strength equipment and the layout is also very well done making it easy to move around the gym. There is plenty of room up on the mezzanine designed for functional fitness and a great place to stretch also. I have used the bathroom facilities a few times now, They have always been clean and well presented. The sauna and GHD straighteners and dryers are an added wee treat too. They have really gone above and beyond and I am always greeted with a warm friendly smile. Feels like I have been going there for years!

I've been a few times now and am blown away! The new gear they’ve got is top-notch and really makes working out enjoyable. The color scheme is stunning and gives the place a fun vibe. Plus, the smoothie options are a delicious post-workout treat. And the sauna? Perfect for relaxing after a tough session. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to get fit and feel good!

Best gym! Staff are super friendly, the gym is spotless clean, and all the facilities are excellent.nnLove that they allow olympic weightlifting, not just your traditional bodybuilding and cardio, where many other gyms don’t.nnI just moved to Aus but couldn’t go without leaving a 5 star review. Will be back to visit for sure!

Mel and the team are incredible! From the day I stepped in there on open day up until now I have had nothing but positive experiences. The machines are clean and really nice and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. It’s a great community to surround yourself with and all the other gym goers are respectful and tidy.
