Nudity/explicit content- Great gym but giving them 1 star rating because of adult content being played on one of their screens. I am sure people don’t come to watch this at gym. I was unable to take pictures.nnI will change this rating to 5 star after reply from city fitness that this issue will be solved.
Usually like coming here but had the joy of engaging with a staff member older lady long bleached hair who was so rude. Have looked at previous reviews and can see others have had issues with staff members and rudeness too. Adults should know that even one rude sentence can make or break someone's day.
Nice large, spacious gym. Its a shame there isn't a larger cardio section with jump ropes, resistance bands etc. Bathrooms are clean. Only 2 water fountains available and one 1 side of the gym! When staff are there, they aren't very helpful. But its affordable, most of the time clean and good variety of machines although a few are always under repair.

Why did one of your trainers from the palms get a man kicked out whilst he was working out? He was getting sworn at, pushed, and then got kicked out for no reason!!!! Definitely won’t be coming back to this gym and I’ll be letting all my gym friends not to go back either. Disgusting behaviour. Do better!
