attended open gym and was coached by molly. she was excellent and taught me how to do a backflip up to the stage where i was confident enough to do one on the floor. she was a great help and me and my friends all loved our experience!

A really good purpose built gym for gymnastics. Lots of parking amongst green fields and a large swimming pool next door. Gym contains a cafe and there is lots of space for all the equipment. Recently attended a gymnastics competition here. Was run ok, but mixed too many levels together which meant it was very hard for spectators to view their gymnasts due to overcrowding. Also scorecard holder was very confusing than compared with other gym competitions nationwide.

Fantastic venue for birthday party. Start with an hour of gymnastic floor session with an instructor followed by an hour use of quiet room upstairs. The hour on gymnastic floor is with instructor showing kids all sorts of different things to play with. Our group was 2-5 years old and it worked wonder, everyone enjoyed the party and had great fun!

I have a life ending condition and barriers with health and at times affects ability. I didn’t have a great 1st time experience BUT I give them 100% credit for listening, caring and understanding that led to a change that is great for not only disabled persons but also pregnant or otherwise impacted persons to be able to watch their child like all the others and commend them for being open to change. My child LOVES this place and I think they are trying their best. 2 thumbs up from me. Overall I think the staff are amazing the coaches caring and the kids love it so I encourage others to join and support a local community doing great things for our kids

My daughter has just started her second term and is absolutely loving it! The gymnasium is incredible and even with lots of groups, there is so much space for everyone to practice. My daughters really likes her coach Amy, who is supportive and encouraging but also knows just the right amount of push to keep developing their skills. The admin team were also really helpful when we were settling in and always greet us when we arrive. Highly recommended.
