Personally goes there every week day, assume have a good infrastructure but can improve some of the old equipments into newest version. Overall good new step machines what improves a lot on that particular exercise.

Massive gym with a larger than ordinary selection of machines and workout areas. You’ll find all the necessities you’d expect with a CityFitness, and then some.nnInitially a little challenging to find as its three storeys up, but this very minor inconvenience is overcome be the grand scale of the place. All set on one floor, the gym offers an impressive range of cardio and weight machines, a very large free weights area, and large floor area. These are all bigger than some of your older CityFitness venues. Plus, the gym is noticeably clean!nnSeveral classes offered in side studios including body weight, spin classes and circuits.nnGo here and enjoy not having to wait for any kit, and enjoy the broad range of gym-goers who might just broad the inspiration or motivation you need.

Good value. I would like them to have the tv screens showing subtitles as I spend 1/2 to 45 mins on the cross fit machines.

Nice gym, can be very busy during rush hour. Staff and personal trainers are great, pretty clean overall and good range of equipment and classes. Good value for money

Great overall experience loved the gym overall. Vending maching good for protein and the staff have great customer service
