Amazing gym I have been going here for two years and while i haven't spoken a word to just about anyone due to crippling anxiety the atmosphere is amazing and everyone so friendly and helpful to many times have I seen someone help a new comer with new exercises or form or someone has jumped in to help someone on bench press when they didn't have a spotter, as someone who is extremely anxious and self-conscious I can say this is one of the least busy and friendly gyms you can come to and there are always trainers around to give you a hand if you need it, not to mention the bathrooms are spotless besides the occasional naked man walking around without a towel haha I kid but I highly recommend this gym for new comers and anyone looking to make that change in their lives
Been to most city fitness in christchurch since the upgrade this one is the best! So good having windows will a view especially sunrise and sunset
Great gym! All the equipment you could need plus more. Just always extremely busy.
Lovely staff who are always helpful. The facilities are thoroughly cleaned, and there is always enough machines to go around. Great gym!
