The layout of this gym is just odd. Equipment is scattered in a way that doesn’t make much sense; it doesn’t flow well, and it can get frustrating navigating around during peak hours. It feels like form was prioritized over function. The view from the weights area is nice, which makes workouts a bit more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the changing rooms are a letdown and could definitely use an upgrade. There are definitely better gyms in the area that offer a more organized space and overall better experience.nnThere is plenty of parking and seating. Plenty of equipment and a great price. They have invested over the years to make sure they have the right equipment to meet demand.

Amazing gym I have been going here for two years and while i haven't spoken a word to just about anyone due to crippling anxiety the atmosphere is amazing and everyone so friendly and helpful to many times have I seen someone help a new comer with new exercises or form or someone has jumped in to help someone on bench press when they didn't have a spotter, as someone who is extremely anxious and self-conscious I can say this is one of the least busy and friendly gyms you can come to and there are always trainers around to give you a hand if you need it, not to mention the bathrooms are spotless besides the occasional naked man walking around without a towel haha I kid but I highly recommend this gym for new comers and anyone looking to make that change in their lives

Huge weight room with plenty of equipment and the high pressure showers ensure a good finish!

Been going for a few years now.asked a trainer for assistance today for the first time.he went away never to return.couldnt be bothered even to come back to me.great service.i am looking around now for somewhere else.
