Always exceptional! The staff, team and food is always an absolute 10/10 here. Christchurch hidden gem, stunning food and a great location. Chill vibes and happy energy! The pork fried rice is amazing, and they have events regularly too!

Often meet a friend here for a glass of wine and a hawker roll. Always good service and friendly staff. Have to admit, I've only ever eaten the hawker rolls - they really are that good. From what I've seen of other people's food it all looks good too.

The Evil Genius Events team are absolute legends!nThey were so lovely and accommodating when I reached out about having our wedding there. Unfortunately, they didn’t have our date available, but I still want to give them a massive thank you. They truly came through for me on one of my worst days—when our original venue canceled. The team was kind, helpful, and supportive, and I’m so grateful for how they stepped in. I 100% recommend them. Even though we didn’t end up booking there, they left such a great impression.

Its abit of a mix. We came here last December 2024. My cousin was welcomed with the umbrella flying off into her neck on a windy Saturday. There was a function on and seating we were squeezed in because that function guests came into the bar ordering drinks. Was really uncomfortable. Food was ok but the cocktails were a no go. Would I dine here again? Probably not. Was looking forward to this spot but food, service and atmosphere not my vibe. Unfortunately that was my experience here.
