We popped by on boxing day for a pint and chips after shopping. Was warmly greeted by the servers. We went to the back the pool area was. It was spacious, the 90s music was jamming, and pool was free play. There is also a toilet located in the room so it felt like we had the whole room to ourselves. Lovely service. Will be back.

Had a great night. All drinks came out fast and were exactly what was asked for. The food was great, and the salt and pepper squid starter was amazing, I highly recommend it. The stone grills were great, they are always a hit. The Brownie was yummy and is a decent size.

We had a great time here this evening. Great service and the food was super good too. We sat upstairs for our dinner for two which was fantastic as it was away a little from the hustle and bustle of the drinking and live music outside. Thanks to all of the staff for their service also. I would definitely recommend coming here for food or drinks!

Always enjoy going here. Food is good, drink selection is good, you have the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Service is normally with a smile and small chit chat. Parking isn't normally a problem as it is located in the Palms Mall

Came into this place for the first place, got a cheerful hi and we began to look at the menu to see what they had. The scruffy guy behind the bar, within a minute of arriving, said he can’t do this and walked away. Then another customer who had already been there came up to the bar and was served by the scruffy guy, who then turned to us and said “see, that’s how you order a drink”. Instead of introducing us to the menu, giving us time to decide, he wanted us to know what they serve. I very nearly left. There was a girl of Asian descent behind the bar who made up for his absolute lack of service or even human respect. Won’t bother returning nor recommending anyone else visit for an experience like that.
