Richmond Club, The Borough

My Brother Darron visited the Richmond Club with the Delta Friendship Link Group a couple weeks ago and he kept saying we gotta go for Lunch it’s a Kind Happy Friendly Space that’s Safe and the food is yummy. I went with him today for Lunch it was all he said it would be and more. The Staff are so welcoming the food is delicious and the Prices are affordable and great value. Lots of space and Pool tables are available. Thank you for your Hospitality we will be back.

Only go if there is music, but dance floor is so very small and sticky and lighting and table layout needs better thought. Not sure why they don't use other function rooms for bands.

What a great venue. A friend and I went to Richmond Club as a guest of a member. We arrived there at around 5pm and the place was pumping. A full house with just about zero chairs to sit in at the main bar. We signed in and stood at the bar trying to decide on drinks. Bar staff were busy as can be, but an attendant waited patiently as we looked over the drinks, finally deciding on vodka and bourbons. 3 in total which came to 34 bucks. Wow has it really been that long since I bought drinks at a bar, guess it has been. Drinks were way cheaper in the not so distant past. The bar person was great, helpful, cheerful and efficient. We made our way to the pool tables which were busy but we found one available to play on. We stayed much much longer than planned, the atmosphere was so good and people were super friendly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we thought we would look into membership and made arrangements to meet again with more friends and make a night of it. Richmond club is worth your while, great for families and a fun and exciting place to meet up with friends. Next visit we will have a meal.

I've not long become a member of the club but the few times I've been there I have found it to be warm and welcoming. Combined with friendly staff as well as value for money meals would suggest you become a member or you can go if you are the member of another club. They have raffles, live music, pool tables and a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is added on from another night.nTonight 24/9/202022 we went to the butcher's hook at the Richmond club. It is my first time in there and it was bigger but very bland in it's setting. Both the service and food made up for it. Would I recommend it yes I would and I would also take friends and family they.nThank you Richmond club for a great night

Great food and service! Can’t recommend enough of how good staff are. They deliver excellent service. Went above and beyond. Make sure to stop by when you stay or pass through Christchurch.
