Stayed there over the weekend with my 9 year old boy.nn1. Staff - awesome, very friendly and helpfuln2. Location - very central to townn3. Restaurant - mean kai for both dinner and breakfastn4. Room 28 - terrible, it reminded me of that hotel room in that 1989 film - National Lampoons vacation. Even the lamps were about 35-40 years old. The window frames had massive gaps in it, hate to stay there over winter.n5. Pool - great if you like ice baths and don't mind a bit if mudn6. Gym - worse than the room, they should just lock the doors and say there is no gym like they did with the spa.nnIf you have kids, I would not recommend the upper floors as the balustrade is a bit low.nnOverall did the job but not sure I'd be rushing back there.
Run. Don’t walk!nnThe apparent “Delux Room” was absolutely disgusting. The shower was covered in mold and mildew as well as the rest of the bathroom having dirt and hair throughout. In the main living area there was further dirt and muck on the cupboards and mirror and the couch had unidentified stains all over the cushions. Also one of the windows didn’t even have a latch would hate to have stayed there in the winter. Another thing to note, the door did not have a locking chain or anything to achieve a sense of safety.nnOutside of these things the entire place is run down and unkempt. The carpet is hardly surviving and the wallpaper is peeling away at every angle.nnI would not recommend this accomodation to anyone.
The room was tired, clean but could do with a bit of up dating.nThe bed was comfortable.nStaff Were friendly.nThe garden area was lovely.nDown side the room we had had no air conditioning, the room was so hot as, we asked reception if they had portable fans & were told no they didn't.nThe restaurant / café was good staff friendly only thing was it opened at 5.30pm we expected it to be open earlier but not a big issue with mall a stroll away.nOur room had no information regarding hotel pool or gym or any information about the restaurant hours ect
A centrally located hotel. Rooms were of a generous size. The overall decor is very dated which is unfortunate, if the hotel was given a face-lift it could be very popular as a result of the location and room size. We had a nice breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Accessible parking.
This place is nothing like it says it is. The rooms need updating so bad. Very run down and untidy. The spa didn't work. They say room service available but no phone in the unit. And the swimming pool was almost green!!! Terrible place.
