Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North

This hotel was great, it's close to any amenities you might need and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a very generous size with a very comfortable bed and beautiful view. It deserves a much better review score than it currently has in our opinion.

Stopped in for dinner at Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North and was genuinely impressed. The food was excellent, really well cooked, full of flavour, and generously portioned for the money spent.nnThe staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top, and the whole atmosphere felt pretty relaxed. Would happily come back again or recommend to others.

Copthorne was what I guess you would expect from a large hotel chain. Room did not have an openable window as it was on the 5th floor, the internal and exterior heat pump unit was very loud throughout the night, as well as the fridge so used white noise. No ability to charge an EV overnight what you would expect from a hotel but just FYI. Wouldn't stay again due to the above did want a motel but was booked out. Positive were that the room was nice as well as bathroom.

Excellent room, location, and customer service. Showers were quite slippery and there was no non-slip mat this was mentioned on check out and apparently there should have been to which they apologized for but apart from that everything was great.

Comfortable, Clean and Refreshed hotel for a stopover from Rotorua to Wellington. Shops, Malls are within walking distance, for more food selection, you can drive nearby about a mile away from the hotel.nThe hotel has a nice restaurant that serves a selection of western food too.
