Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North

Convenient location as close to everything. Room was clean, bathroom not as much. They have a pretty temu air conditioning set up which let's out a humming sound every 5 minutes that sounds either like a coffee machine or waterblaster. Is that was fixed, rooms would be 4-5 star. Comfy bed with no gap in the middle!

A very good restaurant on site. Secured parking. Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable. Only negative is on-site laundry is a single washer/dryer at $4 each per load.

We loved our family time was made special by the team. I really loved the food here. The breakfast delicious and the fruits were so delicious. Thank you Tijo and Jane for your great help

Our first stay here tonightnWe have stayed in 4 or 5 other hotels in Palmy on our travels from Wellington to Auckland and tonight we found Copthorne to be our new favourite in Palmerston NthnCheckin was easy and very friendly and this chap was a credit to the establishment.nOur rooms was as good as most get and everything was clean comfortable and just perfect for my wife and I.nWe would have liked to eat in the restaurant because it looked so pleasant but we had booked a little close by Thai and returned back to the Copthorne for a coffee that was just perfect in the bar area with the service perfect.nThanks so much to everyone Copthorne in Palmy is our new stop over for certain.nIt's a one stop location too if that's needed.nSee you guys next time.

Below what I have come to expect from Copthorne hotels. Service was ok, and the bed was good, but it is dated and in need of some refurbishment. The room had quite a few elements that weren't very clean.
