I could not be more happy with my purchase! I have had the most traumatic experience trying to buy a Miele from a different retailer and after 4 failed delivery attempts and a full refund I purchased a Bosch Washer/Dryer from Davies Appliances. I managed to get my delivery within the week whereas the other company failed to deliver in 2 weeks. Ainslie was so knowledgeable about the machine and I appreciated the tutorial with the installation.

I would give an extra star if I could!! It is quite a stressful process trying to find the right appliances for a new property but after one phone call with Davies Appliances it was made super easy. Super good customer service right from the start, better pricing than other companies, and I felt very well looked after during the entire process from ordering through to delivery and installation. I wouldn't look anywhere else for appliances in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!

Exceptional service from Davies Appliances. We had to move over a long weekend and we didn't have a fridge or a washing machine. Ainslie came through for us on a public holiday to make sure we have our appliances to function as a family with small kids. Life saver! Oh, the appliances are great too.
