Friendly and Happy Staff Lovely food and good selection of beverages. Fantastic overall experience

I like the beef burger and deal of Carl's Jr but they have provided me a wrong size of drink while deal clearly mentions "4 medium size drinks" & 4 medium fries. Sometimes I really get disappointed with their customer service : I'd prefer having 35 dollars bundle rather than the deal.

I would NOT recommend the vegetarian burger. It comes with one tiny tiny slice of tomato and I had to hunt for the lettuce, this is a-shame as the patty was nice. If it came with salad in the burger as advertised, it would of been good.

Definately a shadow of its former self. This store was awesome when it opened, salad bar n all. Now its dark n dingy and the quality of food was pretty average. Think it was better off staying a closed down pizza hut

Everytime you go through the drive through it doesn't matter the time of day or how many people are in the restaurant you have to park and wait for your food, sometimes 5 minutes something 10 or more. Poor service for a 'fast' food chain.

Beef burgers are delightful, however.... if you wish to purchase a chicken Burger that is equivalent to their jr carls burger then you will be disappointed. Their chicken patty does not take like normal chicken. A little bit disappointed with that otherwise really good onion rings and good service from their team

Well, so far this is my favorite burger joint in the East of Auckland. An impressive selection of kids meals as well as burger for the adults makes this place better then McDonald's for me. I have been met with nothing but great tasting burgers and friendly staff members. This is a delightful stop when the hunger comes knocking.

great food and prices! area was neat and clean as well.
