McDonald's Ti Rakau

Disgusting shop, Mc massive pile of burgers and people’s orders just chucked ontop of eachother. Staff were messing around with eachother and not really doing anything while it’s busy as. Burgers were cold by the time it got to me. Had to ask for my meal, then straight away she grabbed it from the massive pile of stuff. Disgusting and wouldn’t reccomend. The bin was also over flowing disgusting mess

You really should consider shutting this store down or replacing the staff and the manager. The level of quality and hygiene here is an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. No one seems to care, and no one is managing the operation properly.nnYou should take a serious look at the team’s work attitude and kitchen practices. Out of five English muffins I ordered, four had pieces of eggshell inside. Is this your new recipe? Ridiculous.nnWe are considering reporting this to the City Council for inspection, or even bringing this incident to the media.

Was not impressed with the food, messed up my order just to receive a chicken McMuffin that Ronald Mc Donald had a good old goon over, looks like the aftermath of a McDonald work due playing soggy biscuit. Not happy :

The tables were messing with rubbish from parents and their kids who ate inside the kids play area. My gosh its not that difficult for parents/kids to clean up after themselves esp teach your kids to put their rubbish in the bin. It saves another family from seeing that whole mess waiting for it to be cleaned. Common sense, put your own rubbish in the bin. don't depend on staff to come do it for you.nnCustomer service was great. staff are lovely . Food was fresh. the playground was so awesome our babies loved it! love how there's air-condition in there and also cameras. This play area is so much better than others I've been to. Definitely will be coming here more often with our babies.

Food was alright.nMy burger was very untidy maybe packed in alot of rush . My fries were fresh.nService was excellent from both windows.nThe drive thru was very clean and tidy.nnOverall great location and Excellent service from the team.
