Food was alright.nMy burger was very untidy maybe packed in alot of rush . My fries were fresh.nService was excellent from both windows.nThe drive thru was very clean and tidy.nnOverall great location and Excellent service from the team.

Question: Have you done tests to see how long food gets cold from the counter to a car to a home. 6min drive from you to my place and it wasnt hot or even warm, it should be hot straight from the counter and retain heat for at least 6min. Fries were half full.

Customer service is bad. I go to here often. Most staff are always angry whether they are busy or not. They lost their smiles.nThe food is not as good as their faces. I can tolerate food. Because this place is McDonald’s. But bad customer service is very unpleasant. They are in great need of staff training!

This second time guys, I ordered chicken muffin with one egg and they charge for that, when I come to my work and going to eat muffin there no egg and they charge me for that, guys its not McDonald’s staff responsibility to check order before they deliver to you, its customer’s responsibility to check ordar otherwise they mess up ur day. McDonald when you train your staff to make meals according to customer order??

36min for a sundae which is not a cooked food. 20+ people all waiting for their orders. Unbelievable. Also very stingey on the sauce. What a shocker comparing to my recent trip in Korea and Japan.
