I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at your establishment last night. I visited your branch shortly before 6 p.m. and purchased two meal deals, three separate large fries, and a chicken nuggets. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service provided.nnFirstly, I found that almost all the food provided was cold. Whether it was the items in the meal deals or the separately purchased fries and nuggets, they all gave the impression of having been stored for an extended period. Particularly surprising was that the beef burger my husband ordered was also cold. What's even more puzzling is that we were only a four-minute drive away from home when we picked up the food, yet it had already gone completely cold.nnAs a regular customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience at your establishment. I have patronized other McDonald's branches before, but I can say without exaggeration that this was the worst experience I have had at any McDonald's in New Zealand. Such service and food quality make me question whether it is worth patronizing your establishment again.

Clean and tidy site. The food was good. Only issue is that we went on a rainy day and the whole floor was very slippery causing a safety issue. The playground was also wet inside due to the rain, it would have been to good to have it fully indoors. Other than that, a quality McDonald's store.

Don’t know if supervisor/manager is Indian or similar ethnicity, her mouth is faster than her hand. Orders takes longer, work with your hands and not with your mouth. Being bossy won’t accomplish anything in business term, you will loose customers. She needs more training from her staff that is working really hard.

Very bad experience recently. Last night, I ordered double cheese burger combo by drive through. However, upon receiving the order, I was dismayed to discover that I had been given a fish burger combo instead. Furthermore, the accompanying chips were noticeably cold. Regrettably, my dissatisfaction continued when I ordered quarter pounder burger tonight, when I returned home and unwrapped the burger, I found that it contained only the patty and cheese. All other ingredients, which are integral to a quarter pounder burger, were absent. Also the patty is cold. This oversight was both frustrating and unacceptable.
