Huge store. Bunnings is well known for low prices but get a good amount of competition from nearby store. This time I went in for click n collect. Very pleasant experience. Navrosedeep was at the checkouts and made sure I get served perfectly. Seamless. Well done. Other staff is also great and helpful. I noticed very pleasant conversation within the staff.nThe variety of stiff is huge. From household items to full construction materials.nThere is plenty of parking available around the store. I just don’t like the speed bumps. Always enjoy going to Bunnings.

Nice and big bunnings warehouse. They got everything you need for your hardware and plants. They got toilets, cafe and kids playground here. Bought a toilet seat. Nice fit.

Bought a bean bag from Bunnings — it lasted two days before exploding beans all over my house. Went back for an exchange not even a refund, because I actually liked it, and somehow I ended up being treated like I was trying to scam the system. The staff kept telling me they could only refund the bag, but not the beans inside — what was I supposed to do, carry them home in my pockets?nnAfter making me feel like a nuisance, the manager finally agreed to move the beans into a new bag. By then, half of them were already wasted, so I had to buy another refill. My wife even joked that the front desk lady wasn’t wrong — it was the bag that failed, the bean refill itself had done nothing wrong. I shop here 3–4 times a week, spend close to $10,000 a year, and have never complained once. Congratulations, Bunnings — you just managed to turn one of your most loyal customers into one of your most disappointed.

The service desk efficiency is unacceptably low. I had to queue **twice** just to exchange a product, wasting more than **30 minutes** of my time. This is a frustrating and inefficient process—customers shouldn’t have to endure multiple waits for a simple transaction. The overall experience was disappointing and needs immediate improvement.
