Bunnings Warehouse Glenfield

Huge store. Bunnings is well known for low prices but get a good amount of competition from nearby store. This time I went in for click n collect. Very pleasant experience. Navrosedeep was at the checkouts and made sure I get served perfectly. Seamless. Well done. Other staff is also great and helpful. I noticed very pleasant conversation within the staff.nThe variety of stiff is huge. From household items to full construction materials.nThere is plenty of parking available around the store. I just don’t like the speed bumps. Always enjoy going to Bunnings.

Nice and big bunnings warehouse. They got everything you need for your hardware and plants. They got toilets, cafe and kids playground here. Bought a toilet seat. Nice fit.

Horrible customer service!nOk enough if you want something small and can find it yourself, but if you are looking to spend serious money and need staff help - you'll be punished. At best you'd spend a loooooong time looking for a person to help you but in my case customer service would be rude.nSurprising, considering their direct competitor is RIGHT NEXT DOOR!

I genuinely enjoy popping in this store. The quality and range of items are awesome and pleasing. Throughout my many years of visiting, there is always something for whatever project or stage of life I'm at. Thanks team, appreciate you guys.

A top-hung aluminium window opening onto a dangerous drop, coupled with a super-energetic, 4 yr old grandson, whose speciality is climbing, & sense of danger non-existent. A restraining latch needed for the window. Easy ! .. ‘Bunnings’ not too far away.nBUT nobody on the shop floor could assist me in choosing the right mechanism for the job .. an abundance of young ladies, for whom English was a second language, one of whom, on the info desk, summonsed a slightly older clone who was even more bewildered by the packaged options than me. She did open one package, but neither she nor I could fathom how the unit could be mounted to a window with the frame on left-hand side. ‘I’ll ask someone else about it’ she volunteered, and disappeared into the ginormous store, never to be seen again.nAfter waiting 15 minutes or more, gave up on the idea, and headed for ‘Hammer Hardware’ at Hauraki Corner, one of the very few ‘owner operated’ hardware stores still trading in our region, and ‘voilà’ the gentleman had precisely what I needed, opened the packaging, walked me through the job, and supplied suitable screws for the job including coupl’a flat-ended which wouldn’t fracture the glass when screwed innThe sad thing about this scenario is that Bunnings were humming with custom, & the independent store sleepy-quiet. The gent who helped me was retirement age, and daresay close to ‘winding up’ his operation, but what a loss to the community.nnIt ain’t all about price !!
