Extremely disappointed with the decking timber we had delivered. A large portion of the boards contained excessive knots and defects, making many pieces practically unusable for decking without cutting around significant sections. The amount of waste is far beyond what any customer should reasonably expect.nnWe specifically chose delivery because we do not have transport to visit the store and hand-select boards, yet we were told this was “merchant grade” and therefore acceptable. This effectively puts delivery customers at a disadvantage, as we had no opportunity to inspect or choose usable timber before receiving it.nnWe raised the issue, provided photos, and explained that a significant quantity of timber was unusable, but the response we received was dismissive and no meaningful solution was offered. We expected reasonable product quality and proper customer support, not to be told to accept substandard materials.nnVery poor quality product and extremely disappointing handling of the complaint.

Huge store. Bunnings is well known for low prices but get a good amount of competition from nearby store. This time I went in for click n collect. Very pleasant experience. Navrosedeep was at the checkouts and made sure I get served perfectly. Seamless. Well done. Other staff is also great and helpful. I noticed very pleasant conversation within the staff.nThe variety of stiff is huge. From household items to full construction materials.nThere is plenty of parking available around the store. I just don’t like the speed bumps. Always enjoy going to Bunnings.

Then when contacting their head office they said they would look into it. Same muck around, no response.nnIf you promise or guarantee something, you should have a much swifter process to handle it. No one wanted to honour it and that's why I left with nothing and went to Mitre 10.nnIts been ten days and still nothing. I've lost trust in this brand and your advertising lies.
