Yard and office were an absolute mess. Clearly no cleaning or maintenance has been happening for a few years, extremely unprofessional look. Staff were helpful, though it took about 20min for them to find my order and bring it out not surprising given the piles of junk everywhere Product is fine.

Great service from the owner who guided me where to park, to the two ladies that served me at the counter and the two guys in the warehouse who lifted the sheet of alu on to the roof of my car and complemented me on my car : I will be back for more!
One of the most unhelpful and uncooperative people I've dealt with. Not going to help their reputation in my opinion.

Ordered over the phone and then they called back multiple times to double check the order, found out order was wrong after I already paid. I then told them it was wrong, they tried refunding me less than the difference between the wrong and right order. The staff mumbled and took way too long.
