Huge store. Bunnings is well known for low prices but get a good amount of competition from nearby store. This time I went in for click n collect. Very pleasant experience. Navrosedeep was at the checkouts and made sure I get served perfectly. Seamless. Well done. Other staff is also great and helpful. I noticed very pleasant conversation within the staff. The variety of stiff is huge. From household items to full construction materials. There is plenty of parking available around the store. I just don’t like the speed bumps. Always enjoy going to Bunnings.
24/07/24. Went to this store on Monday evening for click and collect. The young lady helping me was fine but she could not find my order as the two items were not put together or labeled with my name. Thought I would save time but didn't. Next time I will just get in store myself.
We spent two hours at the shop and collect around $400 stuff. We came to pay at counter, my husband was paying and same time their internet connection has gone and there was a rude lady said to my husband that you have to pay again because our internet wasn’t work while you paid so might we didn’t receive your payment but I check my bank account and money was gone said pending amount but she said with very negative attitude, that we have to pay again as money showing pending amount. We said it’s always show like, and we try to explain her but I think she has not good listening skill and said you have no option you have to pay again. And after all we paid twice $380 total $760 next day we check account and both transactions was gone through. And my husband went to shop and manger was different so she wasn’t sure about whole story so she didn’t pay us back. my husband went there almost 8 times and we are still waiting for our money. We did 10times call and 8 times we personally went there. We still having ridiculous experiences.
No communication and trust between managers. Waiting for over change to refund from last month, when I call them manager say it will be done today night as Australia accouting team tell them. Still don't know when they finish refund it's big amount $375.85......not just 10 or 20$... Already visited store 5 to 6 time every time same story.....
The staff member I encountered at the bathroom department was rather unhelpful. When they refused to help me I walked out and found what I was looking for from the staff at Mitre 10, located behind them. Great atmosphere and nice store layout, just quite surprised to have had this experience here. Thank you :
There was dog poop down isle 51 and I saw someone step and slip. Couldn't help but laugh. Saw the staff person picking it up after. Helpful stuff
This is the closest Bungings to my house and I used to be a regular customer here not anymore. It sad to see the level of the service and professionalism dropped drastically at this branch. There is no one to give you professional advise. Staff escaping from the customers and there is no willingness to help. 3-4 years ago the story was different. It looks like the management or their style has changed.
Anna from the paint section has outstanding customer service skills. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about paint and other related products. She assisted me in selecting the right oil for my fence and patio. Anna is a valuable asset to your organization.
Very rude and uninformative staff member Name:Navro... in the information desk when asked about key cutting. She took my key rudely before I got a chance to detach from my key set, and after checking, said they don't have it. Fair enough. I tried to get more information re: whether another Bunnings have them in stock but refused to call them. OK? So, I asked her what should I ask/look for when I go to another key place. She said "not here". Uhm, left very gobsmacked. Atleast be polite when you have no clue what you're doing.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I got stuck here one time for 40 minutes due to intense rain and found everything on my list and quite a few things I was not looking for.
