Well located in the new development of West Gate area. Nice and new, abundant car park and Mega big store.

Front reception staffs are so kind with good customer service etitued.

I LOVE HARDWARE STORES! Staff at this store are helpful, friendly and generally plentiful. Price Beat is great, and don't forget military discount if you qualify.

Great visiting this place, close.to home for my daughter and offers a great selection in good and garden centre. For all the shopping at this garden centre is it a shame there are no incentives to continue, loyalty card in the garden section would be highly regarded by committed gardeners.

The best shop! Staffs are really kind and helpful. Professional.

I went into buy a few little things. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Staff took me directly to goods I needed. Checkout person was delightful. Makes a big difference when staff are happy. Very busy. Luckily lots of parking.

I would like to compliment Michael in the Garden division for a customer service experience that i thought had long gone within the retail sector. This young man went out of his way to make my shopping experience a very delightful one. Thank you Sir.

I came in today and had two exceptional customer service moments.  I didn't get names but the first lovely man hunted down a weed control product for me by checking storage areas and the second lovely man helped me get my size small chainstopper pants.  The staff here are always great but this pair were super great.  Thanks!!!

Top knotch service at this store. Mitre 10 never disappointed me. Great staff with excellent knowledge and always willing to help.
