Bunnings Warehouse Westgate

Always a pleasure at Bunnings. Clear directions and friendly service. Young man helped me get my unit into the car. Excellent parking and prices are the best. I bought the 2 door Bedford unit and it was super heavy. Put it together and now using it as a pantry. The doors were a nightmare to adjust but got there in the end. Did it all on my own so very proud of myself. The instructions were good apart from the parts not being clearly labelled in the insts and you had to guess a bit what goes where etc. please with the result and quite a sturdy unit over all. Hopefully it will last. Just what I needed. Thanks again Bunnings.

I have no problem with bunnings, however, I am not happy with my experience with Bunnings Fundraising Sausage Sizzles. I purchased two sausage sizzles for my kids on Sunday, They have given me two “charcoal sausages”for my kids to eat. I showed them the sausage and receive no apology whatsoever, and was been told “this is how New Zealand barbecue sausage looks alike”. I live in New Zealand for more than 15years and have never been offered a sausage sizzle like this. The funny thing is, the staff turned the burnt side upside down to hide it in the bread, so obliviously he knows what he is serving is not alright. I know it’s only a $2 thing, but just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean you can treat the customer like nothing, especially this is food! If you are not going to let your child eat the “charcoal sausage”, why sell it to other children? Really, Shame on you.

I LOVE BUNNINGS helpful staff, easy to find stuff, especially from website that helpfully tells you what aisle to go to find your stuff! Good prices, and I always end up with something extra in my trolley. This time it was a karcher attachment and deck paint. Undercover parking is super helpful especially in West Auckland rain good garden/plant section as well. Cafe not too bad for a toastie and coffee. I highly recommend Dulux Timbacrylphotos are Karaka Leaf. The finished product looks amazing, very happy with application and coverage!

Ample underground parking which is awesome and very convenient. There is an escalator as well which is pretty cool. Very well stocked. Love this particular store. It’s heaven
