Lady receptionist. Very blunt and not interested in doing her job. We asked a simple question was then handed a book and said its in there. And she then walked away. Will not go back. Which is a shame, own multiple properties, commercial, residential and retail. So always on the lookout. : happened today before lunch.

I wasted several minutes in the showroom where no staff were dealing with any of the four potential customers. Saw one person on a phone at a desk with no interest in dealing with people waiting for attention. So I went to the trade division. Only one of the four team members I dealt with in the trade section had an interest in helping customers today - and he was otherwise busy putting a big order together. The moderate showroom display was an interesting look - but products with no prices annoyed me and no one to talk to. The rather extensive trade section has a good variety of essential plumbing supplies. The item I purchased that I needed urgently/now cost me triple the online price from another NZ supplier.

It's a pleasure to deal with lovely Yvonne! She is always very helpful and prepared to walk an extra mile! Very pleased with the products and service at Plumbing World Henderson!

just popped in to get some parts to cap of my water lines in the kitchen. Shay at the trade desk served me and man what a guy. Took me through step by step on how to do it and have me a great price on the parts I bought. Big ups to Shay, great service.

Yesterday day I came into store to buy some plumbing parts as usual I thought this will be like every other plumbing shop after I finished shopping then charged me $228.80 when it was supposed to be around $100. These shop is a ripoff they soled me DWV pipe 40DN 3M for 78.50 this pipe must be made out of gold. Where in other plumbing shop I can get the same pipe for 10 dollars. And bunnings a Australia and New Zealand shop sells a 6m pipe for 70 dollars. Plumbing world is over priced such a ripoff dont go there. go bunnings or other plumbing shops

The only person to see at the Henderson branch is Shay, so helpful knows more than the boss! Very knowledgeable. Always goes out of his way to help.

Don't forgot to check if bathroom lady there...very frustrating when you are ready to discuss buying a vanity and needed a experienced person to talk to...guy there did his best to help...otherwise phone before you go
