Huge shout out for the lad in the timber department, Clark. He gave me expert service and helped me with everything I asked for. I will see him coming Saturday to purchase everything. Clark needs a pay raise for his friendliness and willingness to help!
The bathroom / kitchen staff are amazing. I made a huge mistake with my shower purchase...and damaged it before I even got it home. The staff pulled out all stops to sort me out with a replacement within an hour. Great team.
Excellent 1 hour click and collect for online buy. Customer service counter lovely manager lady. Always a great place to visit. Happy with the weed eater.
The Mitre10's cafe staff takes too long to clean and clear the tables. About half of the tables were not occupied, but none were clean nor clear of plates. I stood and waited for too long, so I took matters into my own hand by moving the plates from one table onto another. While eating my food, I started a timer for two unoccupied tables infront of me that still had plates. It took them more than 15 minutes to clear and clean that one table. However, the staff did not come back anytime soon to clear the table next to it. Then I saw more customers coming in, unsure where to sit, they had to move the plates themselves. Otherwise, the foods and drinks were nice.
This is a big thank you to Kathy... Went in to get some items for the small pool we have and was obviously looking lost. Kathy came over and asked if I needed help and I began to give her my list of requirements. Kathy said let's go and we did find everything I needed. Kathy was professional and happy to help. She is an asset to your store. Thank you, Kathy.
The store is well put together, plenty of stock. A certain young man from the hardware section made my visit so delightful as I looked a little lost looking for something and he stopped what he was doing and came over to help me.
Good selection of products. Very spacious and some knowledgeable staff. The promise of a discount if you find the same product cheaper is always honored.
Not my local Mitre 10 but came out here in a huge rush phoned my order ahead for the Karcher SP7 water pump. The gentleman in plumbing was kind enough to trust me with my phoned-in request. It was something I needed rather urgently due to flooding in the basement. Very good service. Highly recommended.
Been getting some terrible service lately. Not sure why. I wanted to buy a decent waterblaster. Halfway chatting to the assistant he disappeared so I left. Found him sitting in his car eating. Went to bunnings and they took my $700. Disappointed.
Just want to thank a nice young sales person at flooring departments at Mitre10 Mega Henderson - Uzair! First time we came on a Sunday to look at what was on offer. Uzair politely approached us and offered his assistance. He answered all our questions. Two weeks later, again on Sunday, we turned up again to purchase the selected laminate. The service was outstanding! As we needed the laminate quite urgently, the Team made a huge effort to supply the entire big order in one go and in just 3 days! They communicated with us during these days, keeping us updated on the progress. I am overwhelmed with the level of the service! Very well done, Team! Thank you so much!
