Bunnings Warehouse Grey Lynn

Had an issue with a product i purchased from Grey Lynn. I spoke to the young staff member who immediately knew it was a similar issue experienced on the same product. He told me that they can exchange it. I showed him my receipt & another senior member arrived to help me exchange the item without any issues. I also inofrmed them i got reference number from product head office that i communicated to, so they were aware what had transpired. That information was given to them. Great experience throughout.

Very poor customer service today. Waited 5 minutes while the staff member helped another customer. The staff member was aware I was waiting but, after helping the other customer, she immediately walked off, head held high, to talk to another staff member. I called to her but was ignored. No other staff around. Gardening pesticides area, the two staff members, both women, headed towards the gardening area - perhaps where they were based? Highly unusual experience at Bunnings, and very disappointing.

I just love bunnings. Could spend hours in there. Staff, know there stuff, where to find and always super helpful and keen to assist.nAlso love how eveynow and then, a free breakfast in-store for not just the tradies but general customers too.

Layout is easy to explore, tidy and bathroom was clean. Competitive prices, and the children absolutely adore the 3 activity days that we went in for money box making, necklace making, and slime making, it was free of charge too! I ended up buying things from the store I probably didn’t need on all 3 occasions lol! Highly recommend.

Big & newly opened Bunnings Warehouse shop. Have variety of building and DIY related stuffs. The price is quite reasonable, typical of Bunnings Warehouse. Staff members are friendly, courteous, patience, accommodating and very helpful. They also stock various smart home devices.
