How are you still in business....shocking experience. Terrible taxi van. No air conditioning. Fell ill before leaving for my international holiday. On top of that charged me $140 from Point Cook to the airport. Should have been half of it. Yes, there was traffic on the way but double the amount. Insane...will never use your company.

Very bad service the app keeps showing allocating and the customer service lady was so Rude and un helpful. So sick of taxis

Wouldn't even give them 1 star if possible - asked for shortest route from Tullamarine to Fitzroy Nth, 1 hour and 40 mins later I arrived at my destination with a whopping $106 fare!! 30 minutes into the drive the air conditioning broke down, this was on the 19 Jan and it was 42 degrees in Melb!! What should have taken 36 mins via Brunswick St was a hideous experience - this particular taxi and it's driver should be taken off the road. This industry needs more rigorous regulation, embarrassing for visitors to Melbourne!

They are vultures, needed ride to train station, turned away by four cabs because I wasn't going to the airport (excuses ranged from I'm finishing now to, oh I just got another booking). Thought I'd give Uber a break because of the surge pricing - it's still cheaper then the cabs. At least I can claim the cab back on expenses. Use UBER!!!
