I organised a maxi taxi 3 hours before my required pick up. I was asked if a maxi taxi wasn’t available would I be happy with 2 normal taxis. I then had to ring them as my taxi hadn’t arrived, I was told that a normal taxi had been dispatched and to wait 5 minutes but they did not have a 2nd taxi organised. I then received a phonecall 5 minutes later from the taxi driver to say he would be another 10 minutes (this was already 15 minutes late) I told them to cancel it as it was absolutely ridiculous. They did not apologise and did not seem bothered about the urgency. Very very poor customer service, not helpful, will DEFINATELY not be using them again, plus my family was half an hour late for a special occasion. I decided to book 2 Uber’s and they rocked up shortly after, extremely friendly and a lot cheaper.

0 stars. Asked for a taxi with a service dog in training (dog needs to get used to taxis) waited half and called up. Apparently no one would take the booking. I'm pretty sure it's because I have a service dog in training. They've never taken this long to pick up a booking before. Poor form. They don't seem to care about "rules" and regulations. ~ will be lodging a formal complaint as they aren't compliant with service dog regulations.

I pre-booked 2 taxis for a trip to Day on the Green yesterday. The service and communication was superb. Our return trip driver, Tony, was a Delight! I will be using the company for all future trips.

I ONLY picked 13 CABS because I had a voucher. Otherwise never would’ve done it because I know how terrible they usually are. Booked a cab at 4.30 for a place that was 15 mins away. 4.55 nothing. Called again and they had no record of my booking. Was late, missed an important appointment... and they wonder why Uber is dominating the industry. Not because it’s cheaper, because it’s More reliable. Literally never ever again

Not even worth one star. Rude driver, started meter before I even got in, was high on drugs ( couldn’t driver properly weaving and hit the curb) and very aggressive. What a joke! I’ll keep using Uber
