Terrible service! Five of us arrived at the airport. Three travelled to the hotel with another taxi company and were charged $38 on the meter. Two of us, unfortunately, got Suburban. We'd just started moving, when the driver turned and asked us if we were married. We were taken aback, but shared that we're just mates. The driver then said "Well I'll have to leave the meter off and charge you $25 each because you're not married". We asked the reason for this and got some long waffle about process and training but nothing that made any sense, nor explained the subterfuge. For all other rides during our holiday, we avoided Suburban and had excellent service and value. If these two qualities matter to you, I suggest you do the same.

Not happy at all. Myself and a mate were picked up from the airport and jumped into a cab with another couple a taxi cancelled which is why we were left to ride with others who were heading in the same direction. We figured since we were all sharing it would become cheaper as we’d split the fee! We came to our stop and the meter said $31, the driver than said they split the fee by x0.75 which meant it would have cost $24 for our trip this would have been fine the driver then said it would both cost us $24 as we weren’t a married couple!! We couldn’t believe it. The meter said $31 yet the driver is making $48 from just myself and my mate alone. The other passengers in the car would have also had to pay a similar amount which means a $31 dollar trip turns into $90 for this driver. Couldn’t help but feel we were scammed!!! Any other taxi I have been in no matter how many people are in the car and whether they are from the same group or not, what’s on the meter is what you pay. Will never be using this company again.

Good. Except they really impatient, soon as they are at the pick up spot they call you right away. I could be their is less than 30 seconds and already have a few missed calls from them..

Used this company twice in 12 days to get to and from the Port Lincoln airport, both times we rang several hours ahead to book a specific time. To catch the plane the cab was 15 minutes late, putting us under pressure. Worse still was coming home, we were stranded at the airport for 40 minutes. No real apology and no offer of a discount. Not good enough. Will not use this company again and couldn’t recommend them.

What can be said about the tacos in Lincoln, there isn’t enough on the road which is really disappointing. If you are a tourist who is planning on not renting a car or cannot drive don’t visit on the weekend as there just isn’t enough cars on the road. For the cars and operators on the road they are clean and tidy and the operators are very friendly.

After 3aiting for an hour in the$sun for another company a friend contacted suburban taxusxut$arrived in 210 minutes lady in a red Mother Christmas outfit. Very nivextouch!

Many taxis in Port Lincoln and very friendly professional staff . On time helps too
