Great taxi firm, highly recommend. My family and I were recently let down at 3.30am going to the airport by 13 Cabs with an XL taxi just not turning up for a pre-booked ride. Unable to speak to anyone at 13 Cabs and our ride just pending even 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup we called Suburban Taxis, they were so helpful. They couldn’t assist getting a large cab at such short notice, however, within 15 minutes they had two cars on their way and a call back to inform us of the pickup time. The drivers were also very nice and helpful which eased the stressful situation 13 Cabs put us in and we made our flight. As mentioned at the beginning of my review, I would highly recommend Suburban Taxis, very helpful and an extremely reliable company.

Great first time experience with Suburban Taxis Adelaide! The driver cab 1256 was punctual, friendly, respectful and polite. The cab was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend! Will definitely be booking again.

Simply the worst taxi experience I have ever had. It was booked ahead as I had a flight to catch and was travelling for a day of speaking engagements. When I stepped inside it was like a public toilet - dirty tissues and a strong smell of sick on a Wednesday morning!. The driver told me to open the window and spray a can of underarm deodorant around. By the time I arrived at the airport I was almost throwing up AND I was charged $25 for the pleasure. I immediately provided negative feedback via text but then decided to call the complaints line. First I was told to leave a message which I did. Then over 24 hours later when I still had not received a response I made another call. On my second call, I was then treated to the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 'Matt' gave no apology for not returning my original call or for the appalling ride I had endured He proceeded to tell me that it was my choice to step into the taxi even though I explained I had no choice as I had a plane to catch and point blank refused to offer a refund or even a cab charge to make up for it., There was no suggestion of offering feedback to the driver either. I have always opted to support our local taxi companies but now because of the horrendous experience I had compounded by the contempt I received from the complaints person - I will cease supporting Suburban Taxis Adelaide and I suggest other's go elsewhere too.Service:&nbsp;Limousines

Booked taxi 5 hrs before required. Did not arrive. Kept getting told they were "trying to organise a driver". We had a wedding to attend so could not wait any longer. Very poor service. Will not use again

Thought this would be a good idea after a night on the town but never again. The driver tried to charge me $80 at first, but after stating it usually only cost $55 he changed the rate to $63 which I paid for, seeing it was 2am and I was tired. The drive was also a little rough to say the least. I'll use an uber next time as much as I prefer supporting local businesses.Service:&nbsp;Limousines

First impressions were not good, was changed $100 for what was meant to be a 15 min drive which then turned into a 35 - 40min drive, kept going and taking the wrong turns. Was telling him to go a certain direction but insisted on taking the opposite as it was “Quicker”. Definitely will not be taking this taxi service again.

Booked a taxi to the airport for mid morning the following day. Taxi arrived right on time. Driver was friendly, fit in all the luggage perfectly and even pointed out the new aircraft display off to the side of the terminal 100yo biplane that even the kids loved seeing.

Really disappointed by my experience. Booked a maxi the night prior, for a 7am pick up. At 7.15 called and was advised that they were still waiting for a dispatch. As we had a plane to catch, we had no time waste so we ended up having to drive to the airport. Such a unnecessarily stressful experience that could have been avoided by a courtesy call in advance to say that there was an issue. As a result, unfortunately, I won't be using suburban taxis again and neither will my husband who uses them weekly as a FIFO worker.

Very disappointing service. I booked a pick up and return taxi at 9am for 10.30am pick-up [which was fine] however return taxi never showed. I had to ring and was told no-one took the fair and they would try again and I had to ring back in 15 minutes to see if there was a taxi coming - so i went via uber which I will do in future.

Company customer services have gone down hill and is no longer a reliable service. My XL cab did not turn up for a pre-booked ride a month in advance to the airport. After 15 minutes after the pick up time, I called them and was told the booked driver was not qualified to drive children. My ride was then cancelled and I had to find my own way to the airport.
