With a change of management I have been badly let down by this company twice which has impacted my fantastic clients wanting to get hone st the end of a workshop  . I have used This company over the years to bring in clients from Adelaide airport and to have them collected to connect with their flights . I give them thousands of dollars of business and they have been LATE for airport connections  the last two times putting my clients under pressure to make their flights . 
When I rang this morning to find out what's going on as my clients who had pre booked, prepaid and  reconfirmed their booking yet no sign of the service booked and no phone calls this either,  no one picks up on the phone number provided at Adelaide airport flyer.
Not what I'd call client support . It's an endless loop . After four minutes waiting on what ought to be a responsive product still no one on the other end of the line and no shuttle. Now we are 20 minutes late with the pick up and no sign of a driver . 
I'm officially out of patience. I'm now recommending the opposition limousine and shuttle  service to my clients because this service is putting my clients under stress and Adelaide airport flyer make no apologies for their lack of commitment to do the job properly . It's goodbye from my business and all my clients . Good luck with your sloppy behaviour .
