The best option so far to book a taxi! Knowing the exact fixed fare upfront is much better than a dodgy driver running a meter and trying to take the longest route possible and stop at every yellow lights. And the fixed price actually works much cheaper than the meter fare on every scenario! I enjoy getting Qantas Frequent Flyer points for every $ that i spend using ingogo. All the drivers I have met so far are very friendly and have offered me $20 vouchers too! Highly recommended app for everyone.
Not only rubbish for passengers but also for drivers. Who are using their device. They are ripping off both, drivers and passengers. For passengers who wants to use fixed fare option, they can use Suburban taxi app to opt for fixed fare. That will be direct and no cancellation fees. But if you will book with ingogo ripers, it will be third party booking. If you will cancel your booking, these ripers will charge 10$ cancellation fees. So be careful to use ingogo rip off service. They are not only rip off passengers but also rip off drivers.
Steals customers card details with dodgy drivers then tries to blame the customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scam company and drivers endanger peoples lives with their awful driving. Admits fault then tries to change their story. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVERY DO NOT USE THEM EVER
Took a cab Sunday October 29 from Melbourne Airport to Ibis on Little Bourke street. Driver charged us 72$$. Fare should not have been more than 55$. Taxi# available upon request. Disgusted with service
I recommend drivers to never signup with them... you will loose more than you will earn... this is a con company who makes money by trapping drivers into their bullshit terms and conditions which they never explain in beginning.
Rubbish- if you actually want to be picked up use uber or just hail a cab
