My wife took a taxi from our home (happy valley) to work (Marion) and she forgot her keys on the taxi. The taxi driver wanted to charge a 50 dollar ride to return the keys home. We told him to drop on a police station and he decided to drop on a police station on the other site of the city (Modbury). Very poor service from customer service of Adelaide Independent taxi. We will never call Adelaide Independent again.

We recently spent a week in Adelaide where we traveled by taxi each. We experenced the highest professional and friendly service during both our longish trips and a short hop. Thank you for making our 41degree week of heat such a good and comfortable experience.

Really very helpful and friendly staff. I'm Driving for this company. Not posting as a driver I'm posting as a customer. Bcz the staff listen to everyone although you're hiring or serving. It's my personal experience. Thanks AIT for giving me a chance to serve people.

I have tried the other two major taxi companies in Adelaide over the years with limited success. For the past year I have been using Adelaide Independent Taxis to transport my intellectually disabled son several times weekly, and their service and care has been outstanding. Chalk and cheese compared to the others.

Honestly, I really wanted to support our taxi services. I hated the idea of Uber when it was introduced because everyone flicked to it, leaving our local taxi services in the dust. Now I understand why. I was forced to take a taxi for the five minute ride from the railway station to my house because my usual bus wasn’t running. A five. Minute. Trip. That five minute trip cost me $20 dollars. It was 5.7Km away. I was the only passenger. I will never be taking a Suburban Taxi again because of this robbery.
