Melbourne Airport

It’s currently 4 degrees outside and I am convinced it’s actually colder than that here at Gate 24! The drinking tap had very little pressure. Staff appear pleasant and efficient. Staff doing the announcements should probably work out what they’re going to say before they get on the microphone so customers receive a clear concise message rather than a jumbled mess.

My only complaint about this airport is that of the custom staffs attitude. I get that you have an important job, but having some manners and being polite goes a long way. What you lack in respect for those passing through through you should be ashamed of. Good eatery options and clean facilities.

Melbourne Airport is a great place if you want to go in international or just domestic. The place is my favourite airport in Australia. It is very clean and everything is run so smoothly.

Very large airport. Not much options for people waiting for transit flights or who come early. Good options for restaurants. Management should push for more economic public transport system to reach various parts of the city. Also phone/Laptop charging stations are very less and sometimes people queue up. Travel accessories stores and aim card stores are available. Bath facilities can be offer to tourists which will help better Melbourne Airport experience for all customers .

Check in and bag drop off are fully automated, no contact. Worked great! Got our boarding passes printed with no problems. But at 4:30AM no restaurants or shops are open. No where to get a hot cup of coffee. Strange for an international airport...
