While I was waiting at the counter the guy with the glasses, politely came to me and asked if I was okay, I had told him I was missing a straw and quick and efficiently he helped me out with a deep apology that my straw was missing.nnI appreciated that he had noticed I was standing there and took the initiative to help a customer out, I don’t see that much in fast food places anymore so he put a smile on my face, and made my day he was a polite young man, I definitely will back for the amazing service
This isn’t the first time they have got our orders wrong and usually we just shrug it off. Tonight their service and professionalism have just gone too far! We ordered 6 happy meals and 3 large meals and 20 nuggets.nn1 the happy meals didn’t come in their boxes, they were thrown into regular takeaway bags with the other meals. Yes toys and all.nn2 only 3 out 6 happy meals were in the bag. They were missing 3 apple juices and 3 small fries.nn3 they were missing the nuggets and quarter pounder burger for one of the meals.nnWe got home after a crazy night with the kids and realised all that was missing, we told the kids to eat whatever was there for their happy meals and dad would go back for their drinks and chips and whatever else was missing.nnWhen my husband went back to the store a lady whose name is apparent SIMRAN there accused my husband of eating all the food and “just trying to get free food”! She constantly called my husband a LIAR! This is disgusting behaviour and an unprofessional way to treat paying customers.nnWe never make a fuss over all your other “mistakes” yet have the nerve to embarrass and belittle people over 3 small chips, 3 apple juices, a quarter pounder and a box of damn nuggets!nnAnd they still messed up when giving us the missing items, we just couldn’t be bothered with such disgusting behaviour.
So I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no pickle no mustard.nThe girl asked if I want oinions, YES PLEASE.nWhat do I get I get a double cheese something with no onions and mustard.nHOW HARD IS IT? I confirmed my order you still got it wrong!!!@!!
Ordered some coffee today and just noticed their poorly looked after coffee machine. Will never come back here for coffee again. Yack!
This was my Big Mac. This store needs huge changes because the people that work inside are absolutely useless!!!
