These fries I got today are just like this McDonald’s; half full. Something is always wrong and you’re always made to feel like an inconvenience when trying to rectify it.nnAlso learnt the hard way that complaining through the app means the manager will spam call you 5 times in 8 minutes in the middle of the day.
Every time I order coffee they make me park around the corner and then fail to bring my coffee. I’ve got out of my car on 3 separate occasions and my coffee has been forgotten. Also you would be lucky to get “have a Day” let alone “ have a good day. “
Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple order. It wasn’t even busy, yet the staff seemed to have no sense of urgency. When I finally got to the window, the customer service was beyond rude. I was met with rolled eyes and a dismissive attitude, as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for my food. No apologies, no courtesy—just outright disrespect. It’s shocking that a global chain like McDonald’s can allow such poor service. If you’re in a rush or value decent treatment, avoid this place at all costs!
